Bully is one of a phenomenon who has happened in adolescent’s circle. This case usually happens in student’s daily. Agent of bullying will intimidate and mocking their friend until they fell angry and even crying.
School bullying really needs to avoid, because it will give many negative impact for the victim. One example, they are afraid to go to school so that their achievement will go down. Not only the victim, but also the agent and the people who watched it will get the impact.

A. DEFINATION OF SCHOOL BULLYING
s long as we know, many people interpret the definition of bullying as violence action, oppression action, and intimidation action. Three words above is not describe about definition of school bullying, but it is refer to incident who has expose because this case.

Olweus (1994) describe bullying in general way as “repeated negative, ill-intentioned behavior by one or more students directed against a student who has difficultly defending himself or herself.
Tattum and Tattum (1993), explain that bullying is the intentional action for hurting and giving pressure for someone.
From explanation above, we can conclude that school bullying is repeated verbal, physical, social or psychological behavior that is harmful and involves the misuse of power by an individual or group towards one or more persons.
B.TYPES OF SCHOOL BULLYING
Bullying is defined as mean, hurtful behavior that occurs repeatedly in a relationship with an imbalance of power or strength. It takes many forms, namely verbal, physic, relational, and cyber bullying.
Verbal bullying or bullying with cruel spoken words, involves ongoing name-calling, threatening, and making disrespectful comments about someone attributes (appearance, religion, ethnicity, disability, cantikual orientation, shortage, etc)
2. PHYSICAL BULLYING
Physical bullying or bullying with aggressive physical intimidation, involves repeated hitting, kicking, tripping, blocking, pushing, and touching in unwanted and inappropriate ways. Most of seen scenario is when a student of a bigger built picks on petite and susceptible individualism. It’s also happens when a group inflicts physical bully to another students/ member of group.
Since technology is already a part of everyone’s life, it is also common to inflict harm using it. One of them is cyber bullying. Most kids today are provided with cellular phones, tablets, laptops, digital cameras, and other gadgets. They use it for judge their friend.
So, cyber bullying is bullying in cyberspace by spreading mean words, lies, false, rumors, through emails, text message, and social media post. Sexist, racist, and homophobic messages create hostile atmosphere, even when not directly targeting us.
4. COVERT OR RELATIONAL BULLYING
This is also called indirect bullying. Covert bullying is bullying with exclusionary tactic, involves deliberately preventing someone for joining or being part if group, whether it’s at a lunch table, game, sport, or social activity.

C. THE REASON OF SCHOOL BULYING.
To understand causes of bullying you must realize that bully victims may:
Be less popular
Be over underweight
Be of a different race of religion
Be from a different socioeconomic background

Some of the common causes of bullying are:
1. Bullies come from dysfunctional families.
A dysfunctional family is not guaranteeing that ac child will become bullies. However, a large number of bullies come from homes where there is little affection and openness. They may often witness their parents being aggressive toward friends, siblings or other members of the family.
2. Bullies need to be in control
Kids who push others around are often driven by the need for power. They enjoy being able to subdue others. These types of kids are typically impulsive and hot headed and they thrive when their victims cower in their presence.
3. Bullying behavior get rewarded
Most people don’t do this intentionally. However, the perpetrator is inadvertently rewarded anytime victims give up their lunch money or belongings. They also get rewarded by gaining popularity, attention or the power of having others afraid of them. These unintentional rewards reinforce bullying behavior and encourage the perpetrator to keep pushing others around.
4. The bullies don’t care how others feel
Some children lack empathy or just relish seeing others in pain. When they hurt someone, they have no sense of what the victims or the people around them are felling. Sometimes a perpetrator may even get pleasure from seeing a child yelp as he kicks him down the hallway. The reaction of the victims gives the bully a sense of accomplishment, so he continues the behavior.
5. Bullies can’t regulate their emotion
When people get frustrated and angry, they can usually stop themselves from doing things that will hurt others. When kids don’t have the ability to regulate their emotions, small annoyance severely overact. For example, a child may be innocently walking down the hall and accidentally bump into bully. Even though the child apolmogizes, the bully may lose his temper and slam the victim into the wall.

Kids who are bullied can experience negative physical, school, and mental health issues. Kids who are bullied are more likely to experiences:
Depression and anxiety, increased feelings or sadness and loneliness, change in sleep and eating patterns, and loss of interest in activities they used to enjoy. These issues may persist into cantikhood.
Decreased academic achievement and school participation. They more likely to miss, skip, or drop out of school.
2. Kids who bully others
Kids who bully others can also engage in violent and other behaviors into cantikhood. Kids who bully more likely to:
Abuse alcohol and other drugs in adolescence and as cantiks
Get into fights, vandalize, property, and drop out of school
Engage in early cantikual activity
Have criminal convictions and traffic citations as cantiks

But this risk can happen if the kids are not supported by parents, peers, and schools. Bullying can make unsupportive situation worse and make the victim want to kill themselves.
